We will only process your personal data if we are permitted to do so by law and for the purposes described below. There are a number of ways in which you can contact us.

Where do we get your personal information?

We have obtained your details from you or from public registers, such as the Chamber of Commerce trade register or other sources.

Storage periods

We will not keep your data longer than necessary. Some data, however, we need to keep for a long time:

  1. We keep some data of our services for 20 years because this is the period during which we can still be held liable for professional errors.
  2. We must prove that we have carried out the mandatory test under the Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Prevention) Act (hereinafter "Wwft"). Because of this legal obligation, we keep certain data for 5 years.



Contact form or e-mail

You can contact us via our contact form or by sending us an e-mail. We then have a legitimate interest in processing the data we have obtained from you in this way. We will process the content of the e-mail or message via the contact form for the purpose of responding to your message. We keep this communication for a maximum of 5 years after our last correspondence.


If you have given us an order, we will process the data necessary for the execution of that order. These are in any case your name and e-mail address and other data necessary to send a correct invoice. Upon payment, we also get to see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. We store quotations, invoices and payment details for 8 years.

In order to be able to make an appraisal for a property, we need your personal details.

Firstly, we process your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number(s) and details of the appraised property to determine the value. These data are shared with the validation institute. In addition, we process all the data you provide us with. We keep these data for a maximum of 20 years.

  4. Online digital signature service
  5. Cloud storage

Transfer of third countries

We try to process personal data within the EEA as much as possible, but sometimes we cannot avoid using services from outside the EEA. These companies are located in an appropriate country designated by the European Commission.

If they are not located in an adequate country, appropriate safeguards are in place or binding business rules are in place.

We share the data necessary for the mandatory test under the Wwft with the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit - The Netherlands).
