How do we get your personal data?

We have obtained your data from you, from an intermediary such as a broker or mortgage broker or from public registers, such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce or other sources.

Storage periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. However, some data must be kept for a long time:

  • We keep some of our service data for 20 years as this is the period during which we can still be held liable for professional misconduct.
  • We have to prove that we have performed the mandatory test under the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (hereinafter "Wwft"), because of this legal obligation we keep certain data for 5 years.

Processing

Contact form or email

You can contact us via our contact form or by sending us an e-mail. We then have a legitimate interest in processing the data we have obtained from you in this way. We process the content of the email or message via the contact form for the purpose of being able to respond to your message. We will keep these communications for a maximum of 5 years after our last correspondence.

Invoicing

If you have given us an order, we will process the data necessary for the execution of that order. These are in any case your name and e-mail address and other data necessary to send a correct invoice. If you pay, we will also be able to see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. We keep quotations, invoices and payment details for 8 years.

To be able to carry out a valuation of a property, we need your personal data.

First, we process your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number(s) and details of the property being valued to determine the value. This data is shared with the validation institute. In addition, we process all data that you provide to us. We keep this data for a maximum of 20 years.
