How do we get your personal data?

You can contact us via our contact form or by sending us an e-mail. We then have a legitimate interest in processing the data we have obtained from you in this way. We process the content of the email or message via the contact form for the purpose of being able to respond to your message. We will keep these communications for a maximum of 5 years after our last correspondence.
If you have given us an order, we will process the data necessary for the execution of that order. If you pay, we will also be able to see which account this comes from and who the account holder is. We keep quotations, invoices and payment details for 8 years.

To be able to carry out a valuation of a property, we need your personal data.
First, we process your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number(s) and details of the property being valued to determine the value. This data is shared with the validation institute. In addition, we process all data that you provide to us. We keep this data for a maximum of 20 years.
