Speed

Within 3 working days after the inspection of the house, a NWWI-validated valuation report is delivered, which is accepted by all lenders active in the Netherlands.

A prerequisite for this is that all requested documents (especially regarding the Owners' Association) are made available, which should be included as an appendix to the report.

We have both private individuals and real estate agents, as well as mortgage consultancies as clients.
Erik Bangert of Aangenaam Makelaardij is certified as a real estate agent by VastgoedCert and as a valuer by NRVT and takes several days of (recertification) education during the year.

Convenience

We like to make it easy for you, no complicated procedures; you fill in the application form, we contact you to go through the application. 
After this "intake", we make an appointment for inspection.
After the inspection, the report is elaborated and presented to NWWI for validation.
If the report is approved, we will place a digital signature, which will finalise the report and send it to you by e-mail. This is followed by one more e-mail, with the invoice.

Tariff

Because every home and every situation is different, it is not possible to quote a rate in advance. We use reasonable rates in line with the market.
Upon receipt of the application, we will contact you to discuss the rate.
Because we like clarity, we always work with an all-in rate that includes all costs (so including VAT, NWWI costs and land registry costs).
